1. Refund eligibility

At Fishing Licences NSW, we offer a full refund of the service fee under the following condition:

  • You must notify us by email at applications@nswfishinglicences.com before your application has been submitted to Service NSW and any fees have been incurred by us.

2. No refund after submission

Once your application has been submitted to Service NSW and any fees have been incurred by us, we do not provide a refund for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mistakes or errors made by the applicant.
  • Change of mind or circumstances.
  • Application denials or delays by Service NSW.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to applications@nswfishinglicences.com with your full name, application details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Ensure that your request is sent before your application has been submitted to Service NSW.
  • We will process your refund request and notify you of the outcome via email.

4. Processing refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, as per the payment processor’s policies.
